FAQ
What ages do you work with?
BYND supports children and young people aged 5–18.
Where do you work?
We work across Kent, delivering support in schools, community settings and, where appropriate, family homes.
What kind of support do you provide?
One-to-one mentoring and therapeutic support focused on confidence, emotional wellbeing, behaviour, social skills, attendance, reintegration and engagement with education.
Can schools refer a young person directly?
Yes. Schools, DSLs, SENCOs, pastoral teams, Social Workers and commissioners can contact us to discuss a young person and explore whether BYND would be a suitable fit.
Can parents refer children directly?
Yes, we welcome inquiries from parents and carers. Please get in touch via our contact form to discuss your child's specific needs and how we can best support them.
Is BYND a free service?
BYND is a commissioned service, but we keep our costs as accessible as possible. Options range from whole-school annual subscriptions to bespoke 6- or 12-week programmes. Get in touch and we’ll talk you through what could work best.
